Beverage Art offers a unique experience to create your own wine fine wine from frozen grapes of the 2008 harvest. Winemaking starts in will be thoughout the year, but book early for best selections sind our frozen grape supply is limited.

You make the wine with us and the wine ferments in our cellar. When ready you bottle and label your wine. The courses are broken into four 1-hour sessions. From start to finish you will join with friends and family to participate in these hands-on winemaking sessions.

Pitch Yeast
You will return exactly 1 - 2 weeks from the date you pitch yeast to press your wine.

Racking and Filling Barrels
Oak and Tannin Additions
Micro Ox.
So2 Adjustments
Racking of wine, removal of sediment, and topping off of barrels

Session #4
Wine is ready to bottle! From June to August you get to enjoy the young wine and prep it for early drinking or many years of age.

Each full barrel yields approx 250 bottles.
Each half barrel yields approx 124 Bottles.
